ABOUT ME

Hey! Welcome to Building My Body.

Regardless of when you started training, or why, this site is designed as a resource to help you become the best version of you.

Rathering that focusing completely on the sport of bodybuilding, we will now be expanding into other areas, but with a particular focus on both function and aesthetics associated with the fitness journey.

My name is Lisa - I've been training for the past 20 years across body building, power lifting and functional fitness. We'll be exploring the fitness journey and hopefully helping you out with yours too!

I like working out and healthy stuff (including eating well), although I am partial to a glass of wine or bottle of beer (and my abs react accordingly)!

This site is dedicated to offering those who are looking to put on some muscle, or improve the function of their body the best possible tips.
